<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all af the indebtedness secured by the P�ed of Trust made among, COREY A.
<br />GRAVES AND BROOKE R. GRAVES, husband and wife, Trustor, and Central National Bank
<br />as Trustee and Heritage Bank as Beneficiary, dated May 8, 20Q3, and recorded on May 1 S, 20Q3,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instr�unent 2QQ306067 has
<br />been paid; and
<br />WHEI�EAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, und�r said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideratian of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby recanv�y, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
