<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.U. Box 160, Grand Island, �
<br />NE 68802, is hereby appoint�d Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by KENNETH L CUDDEFORD, AN UNMARRIED PER$ON, as Trustor, in which EQUITABLE
<br />BANK, FKA THE EQUITABLE BUILDING 8s LOAN ASSOGIATION, FSB, is named as the
<br />Beneficiary and Ear1 D. Ahlschwede, Attarney, as Trustee, dated APRIL 15, 1999 and
<br />recorded APRIL 20 1999, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrum�nt No. 99-1040�7 regarding the real estate described in
<br />paragraph 3 below.

<br />EQUITABLE BUILDING 8� LOAN ASSOCIATION, FSB as Beneficiary dated APRIL 15, 1999
<br />and recorded in the of£�ice af the Register of De�ds of HAt.L County, Nebraska as
<br />Document No 99-104067 has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that this D�ed of R�conveyance be executed and delivered as con�rmed by its
<br />endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the requ�st of the
<br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person oz' persons entitled ther�;to
