<br />� WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed af Trust executed by
<br />Sergio Urbina and Idalia Urbina, Husband and Wife, Trustors, to Pathway Bank, a
<br />Nebraska Banking Eorporatiat�, Trustee, under the Deed ai Trust dated .��nua�-y 22,
<br />2009 in which Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, is Beneficiary, said
<br />Deed of Trust being recorded January 22, 2009 as Instrument Number 200900423 of the
<br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of
<br />$18,400.00, has been paid ar atherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have requested that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such requ�st and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally
<br />described as follow:
