<br />Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980, as amonded, 42 U.S.C. Section 9601, et seq. ("CERCLA"I, the Superfund
<br />Amendments and Refluthorization Act of 1986, Pub. L. Nn. 99-499 ("SARA"�, the Hazardous Materi�ls transport�atinn Act, �9 U.S.C.
<br />Sectinn 1801, et seq., the Resource Conserv�lion and Recovery Acl, 42 U.S.C. Sectinn 6901, e� seq., or other �applicable state or

<br />"H�axardous Substances" are used in their very broaUest sensq and include without limitation any t�nd all hazardous or toxir.

<br />the Real Property, facilities, additions, replacements and other construction on the Reai Property.
<br />Indabtodness. The word "Indebtedness" me�ans all principal, interest, tand other amounts, costs and expenses pay�tble undcr the Note
<br />or Related �ocuments, together with �all renew�ls of, extensions of, mpdifications nt, consolid�tipns of and substitutiqns for the N�te
