<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Carporation, as Trustee, under the �C, 50
<br />Deed of Trust dated October 24, 2005, executed by John K. Morris & Cynthia R. Morris,
<br />husband and wife, in which Five Paints Baxik is named as Ben�fciar3+, andfi�i�-a�[lersign�d as Trustee,
<br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as
<br />Instrument #0200510613 on the 26th day of October, 2005, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received frorn Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written r�quest to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust abave
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot F, Block One (l), Elm Place, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such De�d of Trust have been fu11y paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such r�quest and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the p�rson or persons legally
