<br />WHEREAS, the uridErsigned, Five Points Bank, a�ebras�� Cviporatian, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated August 29, 2008, executed by Franlc W. Bergmark and Marcia M.
<br />Bergmazk, Husband and Wife; in which Fiv� Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on September 8, 2008, recorded as Instrument No. 200807713, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Fiv� Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />The Northerly T'hirty-Eight feet (N 38') of Lat Nine (9) and the Southerly Porty-Two feet (S 42') of Lot Eight
<br />(8) in Buhrman 5ubdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request ta reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the ur�dersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate naw held by said Trustee hereunder.
