<br />Decernber 31, 2007 by ERIC S. CHRISTIAN and DANIELLE M. CHRISTIAN, husband and
<br />wife, Trustors, in favor of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND L�AN ASSOCIATION OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, as Beneficiary, and U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL
<br />ASSOC[ATION, as Trustee, and which was filed for record on January 2, 2008, as Instrument No.
<br />2008-00018, of the Mortgage Records for Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned
<br />by the original Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, to U.S. BANK, N.A,, by virtue of an Assignment dated December 31, 2007 and
<br />filed for record on January 24, 2008, as Instrument No. 2008-00594 of Mortgage Records for Hall
<br />County, Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES has been appointed as Successor Trustee, replacing
<br />U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSUCIATION, by virtue of a Substitution of
<br />Trustee £iled for record in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of
<br />Trust conveys property legally described as follows:
<br />LOT ELEVEN (11), WESTROADS ESTATES THIRD
<br />SUBDIVISION, 1N HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Successor Trustee,
<br />GREGORY L. GALLES, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br />Nebraska statute § 76-1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property
<br />to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
