The words "Hazardvus Substances" mean materials that, because of their quantity, concentration or <br />physicel, chemical or infectiaus characteristics, may cause or pose a present or potential hazard to humen health or the environment <br />when improperly used, tre�ted, stored, disposed of, generated, manufectured, transported or otherwi5e handlsd. The words <br />"'Hazardous 5ubstances" are used in their very brpadest sense and include without limitation any and all hazardaus or toxic <br />substances, materials or waste as defined by or listed under the Environmental Laws. The term "Hazardaus Substances" also <br />includes, without limitation, petroleum and petroleum by-products or any fraction thereof and as6estos. <br />Imprnvements. The word "Improvements" means all existing and future improvements, buildings, structures, mobile homes affixed on <br />the Real Property, facilities, additions, replacements and other constructipn on the Real Property. <br />Indebtedness. The word "Indebtedness" means all principal, interest, and other amounts, costs and expensas payable under the Note <br />pr Related pocuments, together with all renewals of, extensions of, modifications of, cansolidations of and su6stitutions for the Note <br />or Related Documents and any amounts expended or advanced by Lander to discharge Trustor's obligations or expensqs incurred by <br />Trustee or Lender #o enforce Trustor's obligations under this besd of Trust, together with interest on such amounts as provided in this <br />Deed of Trust. 5pecifically, without limitation, Indebtedness includes all amqunts that may be indirectly secured by tha <br />Cross-Collateralization provision of this Deed of Trust. <br />Lender. The word "Lender" means Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, its successors and assigns. <br />Note. 1�hs wnrd ^rvote" means the promissory note dated October 15, 2010, in the original principal amount of <br />5350 ,00�.00 from Trustor to Lender, tngether with all renewals of, extensions of, mpdifications of, refinancings of, consolidations <br />of, and substitutions for the promissary note or agreement. The words "Related Documents" mean all promisspry notes, credit agreements, loan agreemants, environmental <br />agreements, guaranties, security sgreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, security deeds, collateral mortgages, and all other <br />instrumants, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Indebtedness. <br />Rents. The word "Rents" means all present and future rents, revenues, income, issues, royalties, profits, and other 6enefits derived <br />from the Property. <br />Trustee.
