<br />PATRICIA D. SCHNEIDER has been appointed as Successor Trustee, replacing U.S. BANK
<br />TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSUCIATION, by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee �led
<br />fnr record in the Register of Deeds Offioe of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys
<br />property legally described as follows:

<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by viriue of the non-payment of the installment
<br />payrnents due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Successor Trustee,
<br />PATRICIA D. SCHNEIDER, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br />Nebraska statute § 7b-1p12.
<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has detertnined ta sell or cause to be sold the trust properiy
