<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />"Trust Deed," executed by TERRY T. GALLOWAY, as Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank 8�
<br />Trust Cor'npany, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley 5tate Bank 8� Trust Company, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated June 11, 2010, recorded June 24, 2010 as Instrument
<br />#201 �Q�379 in #he office of th� Regist�r of �eeds of Hall County, Nebraska have been paid, and
<br />said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
