<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />James C. Bishop and Nanclle S. Bishop, Husband and Wife, Grantors, to Pathway
<br />B�nk, a Nebraska Banking Corparation, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated April 6,
<br />2009 in which Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, is Beneficiary, said
<br />Deed of Trust being recorded June 19, 2009 as Instrument Number 02009p4931 of the
<br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of
<br />$7,54$.98, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have requested that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in aceordance with such r�quest and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned Trustee, daes hereby recanvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or pers�ns legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally
<br />described as follow:
