Diers Ave., Grand Island, NE 68803 ("Lender"1. <br />DEED QF TRUST. Lendar and Trustor have entered into a Deed pf Trust dated Npvember 28, 20Q5 (the "Deed of Trust") which has been <br />recorded in HALL County, State of Nebraska, as follaws; <br />Reqordad in the Office of the Hall County Ragister of Deeds on December 1, 2Q05, Entered as Instrument No. 0200511891. <br />REAL PFiOPERTY DESCRIP710N. The Deed of Trust covers the following described real praperty located in HALL Caunty, State of <br />Nebraska: <br />Lot Two (2►, Riverside Farm Third Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 3120 5 BLAINE, GRAND 15LAND, NE 6$801. <br />MODIFICATIQN. Lender and Trustor hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows: <br />Extending the Maturity pate ta Octaher 19, 2p1S, increasing tha Principal Amount to S1B6,000.00. <br />CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Deed of Trust shall remain unchanged and in full <br />force and effect. Consent by Lender to this Modification does not waive Lender's right to require strict perfarmance of the Deed of Trust <br />as changed above nor obligate Lender to make any future modifications. Nothing in this Mvdification ahall cpnstitute a satisfaction of the <br />prpmissory note or other credit agreement secured by the Desd of Trust (the "Note"I.
