<br />township twelve (12), Narth, range twelv� (12), West of the Sixth P.M., more
<br />particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point 100 feet south of
<br />the intersection ot the south line af Syria Street of the First Addition of the
<br />Villa�e of Cairo, as shown by the recorded plat thereof and the West line of
<br />High Street, if extended south; running thence sauth a distance of 100 feet on

<br />Lot One (1), Block Three (3) in Chamberlin's Addition to the Village, now City,
<br />of Wood River, Hall Caunty, Nebraska.
<br />Ii is the intention af all parties hereto that in the event of the death of either of the
<br />Grantees, the entire fee simple title to the real estate shall vest in the surviving Grantee.
<br />GRANTORS covenant with the GRAN7"EES that GRANTORS:
<br />(1) are lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free From encumbrances;
<br />(2) have legal power and lawful authority ta convey the same;
<br />(3) warrant and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful clairns
