<br />expenses due and payable or to become due and payable on account of my real and personal
<br />estate, or in or about any of the purposes herein mentioned, or atherwise �or my use and benefit,
<br />or to invest such rnoney in my narne in any stocks, shar�s, bonds, securities or other property,
<br />real or personal, as my attorney may think praper, and to receive and give receipts far any
<br />income or dividend a�rising from such investments, arid ta vary or dispose of all and any such
<br />investments or other investments for my use and bene�it as my attorney may think fit.
<br />11. To vote at stockholders' meetin s execute roxie and atherwise substitute for
<br />owner. Ta vote at the nneetings af stackholders or othez meetings of a�y corporation or
<br />company, or atherwise to act as my attorney or proxy, with power of substitution, in respect of
<br />any stocks, shares, bonds, debentures, or other evidences of awnership, or securities, now or
<br />hereafter held by me and issued by or on account of said corporation or company and for that
<br />purpose ta execute any proxies, lirnited or general, or other instruments.
<br />12. To execute deeds bills notes and similar instruments. For all or any.of the
<br />purpases herein stated to enter into and sign, seal, execute, acknowledge, and deliver any con-
<br />tracts, deeds, ar other instruments whatsoever, and ta draw, accept, make, endorse, discount, or
<br />otherwise deal with any bills of excl�ange, checks, promissory notes, or other coxnmercial or
<br />mercantile instruments.
<br />13. To draw and endorse checks. Ta draw checks against my account in any bank, to
<br />endorse notes, checks, drafts or bills of exchange which may arequire my endorsement for deposit
<br />as cash or collection in any bank, to accept all drafts or bills of exchange which may be drawn
<br />upon zne in the usual course o�rny business. To receive, endorse and cash, redeern or deposit
<br />United States savings bonds and any other securities, a�nd any checks received from the United
<br />States Treasury Department made payable to me for any reason including income tax refunds,
<br />social security benefits, supplemental security income, or any other benefits.
<br />14. To �articipate in farm pro r�. To enter into any arz'angements or contracts with
<br />the United Stat�s De�aartment of Agriculture or any of its comrnittees to participate in any agzi-
<br />cultural programs and to sign the papers in connection therewith for me in my name and to
<br />acknowledge and deliver said papers and contracts and to receive payments thereunder and to
<br />endorse any checks or drafts for said payrnents and deposit them on my behalf.

<br />whatsoever of any fedexal or state gavernment or other agency, including, but not limited to,
<br />social security, medicare, veterans or welfare benefits, medicaid, etc.
<br />16. To deal with the Internal Revenue Se� My attorney shall have authority to
<br />represent my interest in any dealing with the Internal Revenue Service and to have authority to
<br />receive confidential information, to deliver canfidential information to the Internal Revenue
<br />Service, and to enter into azry compramise or settlement agreernent with the Internal Aevenue
<br />Service as may affect any tax liability, interest or penalty owing to the Internal Revenue Se�
<br />by the principal.
