<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed af Trust dated February S, 2008, executed by Scatt R. Paulsen and Wendy Paulsen, °
<br />Husband and Wife; in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the ur�dersigned as ��
<br />Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register af Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />February 13, 20p8, recarded as Instrument No. 02008011 S0, and
<br />WHEREAS, said ur�dersign�d, Five Points Bank, as Trust�e, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request ta reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentianed as follows:
<br />I,ot Two (2), in Block Ten (1Q), in Schimmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed af Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the tuldersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persans
<br />legally entitled thexeto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
