<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among, DOUGLAS M
<br />ZINK AND KAREN K ZINK, husband and wife, Trustor, and Central National Bank as
<br />Trustee and Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island as Beneficiary, dated Decemb�r 16,
<br />2002, and recorded on December 2q, 2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument Number 2pQ214313 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the praperty held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be recanveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person ar persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
<br />under the above described Deed of Trust in the follawing described property:
