<br />Credit Agreement or Related Documents, together with all renewals of, extensions of, modifications of, consolidatinns of and
<br />substitutions for the Credit Agreement or Related Dacuments and any amounts expended or advanced 6y Lender to discharge
<br />Trustor's nbligations or expenses incurred by Trustee or Lender to enforce Trustnr's obligations under this Deed of Trust, together
<br />with interest on such amounts as provided in this Deed af Trust.
<br />Lender. The word "Lender" means Shelter Financial Bank, its successors and assigns. The wprds "successors or assigns" mean any
<br />person or company that acquires any interest in the Credit Agreement.
<br />Personal Property. The words "Personai Property" mean ell equipment, fixtures, and ather articles of personal property npw pr
<br />hereaher owned by Trustor, and now or hereafter attached or affixed to the Real Prqperty; tagether with all accessions, parts, and
<br />additions to, all replacements of, and ail substitutions for, any of such property; and together with all proceeds (including without
<br />limitation alt insurance proceeds and refunds of premiums) from any sale or other disposition of the Property.
<br />Property. The word "Property" means coliectively the Fieal Property and the Personal Property.
<br />Real Property. The words "Real Property" mean the real property, interests and rights, as further described in this Deed of Trust.
<br />Relatad Documents. The words "Related Documents" mean all prpmisspry notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, environmental
<br />agraements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, security deeds, collateral mortgages, and all other
<br />instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereaiter existing, executed in connection with the Indebtedness.
<br />Renta. The word "Rents" means all present and future rents, revenues, income, issues, royalties, profits, and ather benefits derived
<br />from the Property.
<br />Trustee. The word "Trustee" means Shelter Financial Bank, whpse addreas is 1817 West 8roadway, Columbia, Mp fi5218 and any
<br />substitute or successor trustees.
<br />Trustor. The word "7rustor" means Paul J Hpps and Sally A Hoos.
