Skeen, husband and wife, GRANTORS, in consideration of <br />estate planning, conveys to GR.A.NTEES, Charles Perkins and Ruth A. Skeen, husband and wife, <br />as unequal tenants in common as more particularly set forth below, the following described real estate <br />(as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201): <br />Lot Two (2), Colonial Estates Eighth Subdivision, to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The interest conveyed to each of the GRANTEES hereunder are, respectively: <br />(a) <br />(b) <br />To Charles Perkins, �n undivided twenty-six forty-thirds (26/43) interest in and to <br />the above describ�d real �stat�; and <br />To Ruth A.
