Woodward and Suzette A. Woodward as <br />Trustor, in which Heritage Bank, Grand Island, Nebraska, is named <br />as B�neficiary, thereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation <br />for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, <br />the natur� of such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt <br />payments as th�y became due.
