<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br /> the Deed of Trust dated June 18, 2010, executed by Diana L. Whitehead; a Married Woman and
<br /> Glenn Eugene Whitehead, her Husband; in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and
<br /> the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, on June 21, 2010, recorded as Instrument No. 0201004297, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br /> Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br /> above mentioned as follows:

<br /> Condominium Unit 1004, The Yancey, a Condominium, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, a
<br /> Condominium in accordance with the Declaration recorded on October 17, 1984 under Instrument #84-005507 of the
<br /> county of Hall State of Nebraska
<br />
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br /> Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br /> legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.

<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br /> Grand Island, Nebraska, this 15th day of October, 2010.
