<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust rnade among, ALAN G.
<br />GII3KEAL ANll PAIGE L. GIBREAL FKA PAIGE L. CLINE, husband and wife, Trustor,
<br />and Central National Bank as Trustee and as Beneficiary, dated Janua.ry 25, 2007, and recarded
<br />on January 31, 2007, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument Number 200700780 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person ar persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in considexation of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request af the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
<br />under the above described Deed af Trust in the follawing described property:
