Kenyon (the Kenyons) a�e <br />the owners of the Kenyan real estate which is �egally described <br />as follows: <br />The East Half of �he Northwes� Quarter (E�NW%), <br />excepting one (1) acre �n the Narthwest corner of the <br />East Ha1� of the Northwest Quarter (E�NW�), more or <br />les�, and situated in Section Twen�y (20), Township <br />Ten (10) North, Range Ten (�0), West of the 5th P.M., <br />in Ha11 County, Nebraska, the excepted on�-ac�e tract <br />being de�cribed in the Deed x�CO�d�d in Book �30, at <br />Page 225, in th� Office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Ha11 County, Nebraska. <br />3. For and �n considera�ion o� Five Hundred and No/100 <br />Dollars ($500.00) which has been pa�d to him by the Kenyons, <br />receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, Johnson does h�reby <br />grant and convey ta the Kenyons a permanent easement over and <br />upan the East Four Hundred (400) fee� of the Johnson real es�ate <br />upon the following terms and conditions: <br />A. The purpase of the easement is to allow Kenyons <br />and their heirs, cantractors, emplaye�s, lessees, grantees and <br />assigns to have access over and upon th� Johnsan real estate to <br />construct, own, operate and maintain a drainage ditch connecting <br />the Kenyon real estate with the County Raad right af way on the <br />Nor�h boundary of the Johnson real estate �o a1�Qw surface water <br />to run northwesterly from the Kenyon real estate aver and upan <br />the Johnson real estate into the ditch in the County Road r�ght <br />a f way . <br />B. Kenyons, their heirs, cora.ta^actars, employees, <br />les�ees, grantees and assigns may cut down and remave th� tr��s <br />and othex vegetation growing in the easemen� area, remove dirt <br />and reshape the 1and, and take any other ac�ion. necessary to <br />a11aw the free flaw of surface water thraugh the easement area. <br />C.
