<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND REQUEST FOR RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned Beneficiary is the owner and holder of the note or notes or other
<br />security agreernents secured by the Deed of Trust hereafter described;
<br />WN�REAS, the undersigned Bene�ciary acknawledges that it intends to direct that the Deed of
<br />Trust be released as security for all sums and obligations secured by said D�ed of Trust;
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an Assignment of Deed of Trust dated July 7, 2005, and recarded July
<br />20, 2005, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No.
<br />0200506849, as additional security far repayment of a loan, the undersigned Beneficiaty was assigned all

<br />WHFREAS, the f3eneficiary desires to substitute EQUITABLE BANK, a federal savings bank,
<br />as the Trustee under said Deed of Trust, in place or stead af the Trustee originally named therein and
<br />requests that such Successor Trustee make a reconveyance in respect tp such Deed af Trust,

<br />Nebraska non-profit Corporation, was originally narned as the Beneficiary and JOHN B. MCDERMOT�I',
<br />Attorney at Law, was originally named as Trustee, dated July 14, 2pQ5, and recorded July 20, 20pS, in the
<br />Of�ce of the Register of Deeds af Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200506848.
<br />2. Direction for Reconveyance. Beneficiary f`urther instructs said Successor Trustee to
<br />reconvey without warranty all the estate now held under this Trust Ueed to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto.
