201oo��7i <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT RYDER <br />THIS PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT RIDER is made this 5th day of <br />OCtober 2010 , and is incorporated into and shall be <br />deemed to amend and supplement the Mortgage, Deed of Trust, ar Security bead (the <br />"Security Instrument") of the same date, given by the undersigned (the "Barrawer") ta <br />secure Borrower's Note to Home Federal Savi ngs and Loan Assn of Grand I sl and <br />(the "Lender") of the same date and covering the Property described in the Security <br />Insirument and located at: 2710 Apache Rd <br />Grand Island. NE 68$01 <br />[Property Address] <br />The Property includes, but is not limited to, a parcel of land improved with a dwelling, <br />tagether with other such parcels and certain common areas and facilities, as described in <br />Filed August 27, 1965 in Book 14, Page, 585, Amendment filed March 29, <br />1985 as Documen� #85-001466, and Special Meeting Minutes file July 8, <br />198$ as bocument #8$-102963, all in the Hall County Register of Deeds <br />(the "beclaration"). The Praperty is a part of a planned unit development known as <br />Riverside Acres <br />[Name of Planned Unit Development] <br />{the "PUD"1. The Property also includes Borrower's interest in the homeowners association ar <br />equivalent entity owning or managing the common areas and facilities of the PUD (the <br />"Owners Association") and the uses, benefits and proceeds of Borrower's interest. <br />PUD COVENANTS. In addition to the covenants and agreements made in the Security <br />Instrument, Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree as follows: <br />A. PUD Obligations. Borrower shall perform all of Borrower's obligations under the PUb's <br />Constituent �ocuments.
