<br />The indebtedness s�cured by the Deed af Trust executed by RICHARD H. BAA�CH AND ARLENE
<br />M. BAASCH, as trustor, to EQUITABLE BANK, as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated JULY 31, 2009,
