To execute on our behalf Contracts for Sale of Real Estate described on Exhibits A <br />and B or a portion or portians thereof as it may be subdivided upon such terms and <br />conditions as our attorneys-in-fact may deexn� reasonable as we rnight or could do if <br />personally present, hereby ratifying all that our said Attorneys-in-Fact shall lawfully <br />do or cause ta be done by virtue of these presents.
