<br />Grantees' successors and assigns forever. Grantor hereby covenants with the said Grantees and
<br />with Grantees' successors and assigns that Grantor is lawfully seised of such premises; that such
<br />premises are free from encumbrance, except real estate taxes and sums owing to Grantees; and
<br />that Grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell the same; and Grantor hereby cavenants
<br />ta warrant and defend the title to said premises against the lawf'ul claims of all persons
<br />whomsaever, Grantar hereby relinquishes all right, title, claim, and interest in and to the above-

<br />This Special Waxranty Deed is given as an absolute conveyance, the Grantor having
<br />conveyed said land to the Grantees for a fair and adequate consideration, such consideration
<br />being satisfactian af obligations evidenced by that certain D�ed af Trust Nate dated December
<br />1 l, 2Qp9, and secured by a Deed of Trust filed of record an December 11, 2Op9, as Instrurnent
<br />No. 200909743, in th� office of the Register of Ueeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Grantor declares that this conveyance is freely and fairly made and that there are no
<br />agreements, oral or written, other than this deed, between Grantor and Grantees with respect to
<br />said land.
