COST III, a Single Persan, being first duly sworn upon oath, depos�s <br />and states: <br />1. That he is the identical party who made, executed, arid delivered that certain Special <br />Warraiaty De�d to LANCE H. HERMANSEN and SCHERR,Y G. HERMANSEN canveying the <br />following-described prop�rty, to-wit: <br />Fractional Lot Six (6), Block One Hundred One (101), Kaenig and Wiebe's <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and its complement <br />Fractional Lat Six (6), in Fractional Block One Hundred One (101), of Railroad <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. That the aforesaid Special Warranty Deed was intended ta be and was an absalute <br />conveyance of the title ta said premises to the Grantees named therein, and was not and is not <br />now intended as a mortgage, trust conveyance, or security of any kind; that it was the intention <br />of Affiant as Grantor in said deed to convey, and by said deed the Affiant did convey, to the <br />Grantees therein all of his right, title, and interest absolutely in and to said premises; and that <br />possessioan of said premises has been surrendered to the Grantees. <br />3. That in the execution and delivery of said Special Warrar►ty Deed, Affiant acted <br />freely and voluntarily and was not acting under coercian, duress, vr any misapprehension as to <br />the effect thereof. <br />4. That the aforesaid Special Warranty Deed was not given as a preference against any <br />other creditors of the Affiant; that at the time it vvas given there was no other person or persons, <br />firrns ar corparatians, other than the Grantees therein named, interested either directly or <br />indirectly in said premises; that the Affiant has no other creditors whose arights would be <br />prejudiced by such conveyance; and that Affiant is not obligated upon any bond or ather <br />mortgage whereby any lien has been created ar �xists against the premises described in said <br />Special Warranty Deed. <br />Page 1 at� 2 <br />
