<br />UNILATERAL SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
<br />WHEREAS, the parties ta this agr�ement are the old lender, namely The Platte
<br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company hereinafter called LENDER #1; and the new lender,
<br />namely Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Co., Its. Successors and/ar Assigns, hereinafter
<br />called LENDER #2 and Judith L Rauert and Ronald W Rauert, Wife and Husband,
<br />hereinafter called BORROWER,
<br />WHEREAS, SORROWER is the owner of the real estate hereinafter called
<br />PROPERTY which is described as:
<br />Lot One (1), Marvin and Jane Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />WHEREAS, BORROWER has executed a Nc�te in a principal amoutat �f $60,000
<br />secured by a Mortgage/Deed of Trust in favor af LENDER #1, cav�ring the
<br />PROPERTY, recorded on as Inst. No. _0200805092 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds af Ha11 County, Nebraska.
<br />WHEREAS, BORROWER will be executing or has executed a Note in a
<br />principal amount not to exceed $53,000 to be secured by a Mort�age/Deed o f Trust in
<br />favor of LENDER #2, covering the PROPERTY, and to be recarded in the office of the
<br />Register afDeeds of Ha11 County, Nebraska. as 7�c. ��C)�-�5Z'�i�$�
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of $1.00 and oth�r valuable
<br />consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge, LENDER #1 a�rees to
<br />subordinate and does hereby subordinate its liens as shown and r�ferred to abov�, to the
<br />lien of LENDER #2 as shown and referred to above, but only to the extent of the
<br />principal amount of the new lien as shown in the abave paragraph, plus any accrued
<br />interest, taxes, insurance or costs advanced ta pratect its security.
