<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by, Burnell
<br />A. Cameron and Susan K. Cameron, Husband and Wife, Borrawer, to HERITAGE BANK,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated April 3,
<br />2001, and recorded April 11, 2001, Instrument number 200103054 in the office of the Hall
<br />Caunty Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been
<br />requested this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as canfirmed by its endorsement
<br />below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accardance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by th�ese presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived ta
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only to such
<br />premises:

<br />Nebraska.
