<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, �'ive Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />und�r the D�ed of Trust dat�d December 29, 2003 executed by David A Prescatt and Nancy
<br />M Prescott, Husband and Wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #0200316531, an the 3Qth day of December,
<br />2003, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Fiue
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request ta r�convey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follaws:
<br />LOT EIGHTEEN (18), HERITAGE ACRES, CITY O� GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRSKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed af Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby recanvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate naw held by said Trustee hereunder.
