<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated December 29, 2p03 executed by Lebensraum, Inc., in which
<br />Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was
<br />recorded in the o�ce of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recarded as
<br />Document #0200316530, on the 30th day of December, 2Q03, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received fram Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />LQT ONE (1), ASHTON PLACE SECOND IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFQRE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />af Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, withaut warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
