<br />WHEREAS, BORROWER is the owner of the real estate hereinaf�er called

<br />WHEREAS, the parties to this agreement are the old lender, namely The Platte
<br />Va11ey State Bank & Trust Company laereinafter called LENDER #1; and th� new lender,
<br />namely Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Co., Its. Successors and/ar Assigns, hereinatter
<br />called LENDER #2 and William D Brown and Gerri Fisher Brown, Husband and Wife,
<br />her�inafter called BORROWER,
<br />PROPERTY which is described as:
<br />Lot 32, Amick Acres East Subdivision, Ha11 County, Nebraska.
<br />WHEREAS, BORROWER has executed a Note in a principal amount ot $10,000
<br />secured by a Martgage/Deed of Trust in favor af LENDER #1, cavering the
<br />PROPERTY, recorded on as Inst. No. _02p�05044 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />WHEREAS, BORROWER will be executing or has executed a Note in a
<br />principal amount not to exceed $46,000 to be secured by a Mortgage/Deed of Trust an
<br />favor of LENDER #2, covering t�e PROPERTY, and to be recorded in th� office of the

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in cansid�ration of $1.00 and other valuable
<br />consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge, LENDER #1 agrees to
<br />subordinate and daes h�reby subordinate its liens as shown and referred to above, to the
<br />lien of LENDER #2 as shown and referred to above, but only to the extent of the
<br />principal amount af the r�ew lien as shown in the above paragraph, plus any accrued
<br />interest, taxes, insurance or costs advanced to protect its security
