<br />WHEREAS, the undersign�d, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated June 15, 2009, and executed by Matthew G. McNamara and
<br />Michelle L. McNamara, Husband and Wife , as Trustor, in which Five Paints Bank is named
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the ofFice of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on June 24, 2009, as Instrument No. 200905059,
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received fram Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written r�quest to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Three (3), in Block One (1) in Brentwood Second Subdivision in the Ci#y of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request ta reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such r�quest and the provisions af such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee her�under.
