<br />SECTION FIVE (5), TOWNSHIP TEN (10) NORTH, RANGE TEN
<br />(10) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
<br />MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT
<br />A POINT THAT IS 625 FEET SOUTH AND SO FEET EAST OF THE
<br />NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SECTION FIVE (5), THENCE

<br />NEBRASKA, A DISTANCE OF 556.2$ FEET, THENCE DEFLECTING
<br />LEFT 90°00' AND RUNNING NORTHWESTERLY A DISTANCE
<br />OF 44.2 FEET, THENCE RUNNING WESTERLY AND PARALLEL TO THE
<br />NORTH LINE OF SECTION FIVE (5), A DISTANCE OF 453.0 FEET
<br />TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING AND CONTAINING 2.374 ACRES,
<br />MORE OR LESS
<br />subject to easements, right-of-ways, roads and restrictions of record,
<br />together with all the estate, right, title, interest, claim or demand
<br />whatsoever of said Deceased in and to the same, or any part thereof.
<br />To have and to hold the above described real property and all
<br />tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the
<br />Grantee and Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, and the Grantors
<br />hereby covenant that the real property herein described is free and
<br />clear of any lien or encumbrance caused by any claim for taxes levied
<br />against the Estate of Rose Brown, Deceased.
