<br />DEED OFRECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated July 6, 2010, and executed by Kevin R. Werner, A Single Person ,
<br />as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,
<br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on July 13,
<br />2010, as Instrument No. 201004799, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Eight (8), Island Acres No.9 Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and Lot One (1) except the Southerly Sixty and Eighty-six Hundredths (60.86) feet of said Lot One
<br />(1) of Island Acres No.13 Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 1St day of October, 2010.
