<br /> follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the SW1/4 of Section 27, Township 12 North, Range 9;
<br /> thence northerly along the easterly line of the SW1/4 a distance of 1,162.50 feet; thence running
<br /> westerly parallel to the northerly line of said SW1/4 a distance of 1,345,52 feet to the easterly line of the
