REV. STAT. SS 76-239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br /> Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br /> <br /> 1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above-described Deed of Trust/Mortgage <br /> is hereby AMENDED TO JANUARY 1 2011. <br /> <br /> 2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS.
