Tracy, Trustee, in the sum of $100,000.00 and interest <br />thereon for monies advanced to the Defendant in order to allow the Defendant to purchase the real <br />property legally known as Lot Nine (9), Block Five (5), Bel Air Addition, an Addition to the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />"1`he Plaintiff understands and agrees that in order for the Defendant to obtain financing for <br />the purchase of the above-described real estate, the above-named lender will not release funds for <br />the purchase of said. real estate until such time as the Plaintiff has agreed to subordinate his <br />judgments to any monies advanced and loaned to the Defendant for the purchase of the above- <br />described real estate. <br />Accordingly, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged by the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff does hereby agree that Plaintiff's judgment for child <br />support, non-covered medical, dental, optical and orthodontic expenses and attorney fees and court <br />costs shall be subordinated to the Deed of Trust, financed and guaranteed by Helen A.
