<br /> TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />Sergio Urbina and Idalia Urbina, husband and wife, Trustors, to Pathway Bank, a
<br />Nebraska Banking Corparatian, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated January 9, 2009
<br />in which Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, is Beneficiary, said Deed of
<br />Trust being recorded June 17, 2009 as Instrument Number 200904852 of the Records of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of $101,600.00, has
<br />been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have requested that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally
<br />described as follow:
<br />A Certain part of the North 10 Acres of the West''/s of the Northwest'/, of Section 10, in Township 11,
<br />North of Range 9, West of the 6`~' P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly describes as:
<br />Beginning at a point on the North line of the North 10 Acres of the West '/s of the Northwest '/4 of said
<br />Section 10, which paint is 528.0 feet West of the Northeast corner of the North 10 Acres of the West''/Z of
<br />the Northwest '/4 of said Section 10; running thence South parallel to the East line of the North 10 Acres of
<br />the West''/2 of the Northwest'/, of said Section 10, 330.0 feet; running thence West parallel to the North
<br />line of the North 10 Acres of the West''/z of the Northwest'/, of Section 10, 132.0 feet; running thence
<br />North parallel to the East line of the North 10 Acres of the West''/z of the Northwest'/a of Section 10,
<br />330.00 feet, to a point an the North line of the North 10 Acres of the West '/z of the Northwest '/4 of said
<br />Section 10; running thence East upon and along the North line of the North 10 Acres of the West'/s of the
<br />Northwest'/a of said Section 10, 132.0 feet, to actual point of beginning; subject to one-half of the county
<br />road to the North of said premises which currently has the address of 805 E Capital Ave, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska 68801
