Grace, <br />Grand Island, NE 68803 <br />You are hereby given Notice of Default under a Deed of Trust <br />executed by Hugo Fragoza and MaLena Fragoza, husband and wife, <br />dated October 16, 2003, and recorded as Document No. 0200313840 in <br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; said <br />Deed of Trust securing the following property: <br />LOTS TWO (2) AND THREE (3)IN BLOCK THIRTY NINE (3s), <br />IN FACKER AND BARR'S SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />said Deed of Trust being in favor of John M. Cunningham as Trustee <br />and Velma Primrose as Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust. <br />Said default under the terms of said Deed of Trust has <br />occurred by virtue of nonpayment of the payments as they became <br />due and payable under a Trust Deed Note dated October 16, 2003, in <br />the principal sum of FORTY FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS ($44,000.00), <br />with a total principal balance due and owing as of July 1, 2010, <br />in the sum of FIFTEEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY FOUR DOLLARS <br />and NINETY ONE CENTS ($15,374.91), unpaid interest of TWO HUNDRED <br />TWENTY FOUR DOLLARS and TWENTY STX CENTS ($224.26), for a total <br />pay off of FIFTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY NINE DOLLARS and <br />SEVENTEEN CENTS ($15,x.17), and per diem interest accruing at <br />the rate of $2.63 from and after September 28, 2010. <br />In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to Trustee, John M. <br />Cunningham, for all fees and costs associated with this default <br />and recovery pursuant to Nebraska Statute §76-1012. <br />By virtue of said default, Trustee, John M.
