Petitioner has a continuing obligation to <br />make child support payments pursuant to the provisions of said Decree, and the undersigned expressly <br />reserves all rights to enforce said future child support obligation, and nothing herein shall constitute a <br />waiver of those rights or a satisfaction of those obligations. Said Receipt is complete satisfaction of child <br />support payments due to date from the Petitioner. Respondent acknowledges that Petitioner desires to <br />obtain a loan from Centris Federal Credit Union to be secured by a second mortgage or deed of trust on <br />the rea! property described below and that in order for Petitioner to obtain said loan secured by said real <br />property, it is necessary for Petitioner to secure a child support lien subordination. Respondent further <br />acknowledges that pursuant to Neb. Rev.
