<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Big B, Inc.; A Nebraska Corporation, as
<br />trustor, to Equitable Bank, as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated November 12, 2009, and. recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of .Hall County, Nebraska on November 30, 2009 as Document No.
<br />0200909355, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of tl~e Beneficiary, the rl'rustee
<br />reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the
<br />Trustee pursuant to the Deed of'Crust in the following:

<br />Hundred Sixty Five and Eighty Hour Hundredths (565.84) feet, to the southwest corner of Lot Nine
