Woodward, Suzette Ann <br /> Woodward, Heritage Bank, Arend R. Baack, Trustee, Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, <br /> Jahn Doe and Jane Doe and other persons/entities unknown having or claiming any right, title or interest in the real <br /> estate defined below, Defendants (collectively "Defendants"), the subject and request of which is to obtain a.
