<br />-- Notice is hereby given that a foreclosure Complaint has been filed in District Court of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, at CI 10-917 captioned Versus Group LLC, Plaintiff ("Plaintiff') versus Kevin V. Woodward, Suzette Ann
<br /> Woodward, Heritage Bank, Arend R. Baack, Trustee, Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island,
<br /> Jahn Doe and Jane Doe and other persons/entities unknown having or claiming any right, title or interest in the real
<br /> estate defined below, Defendants (collectively "Defendants"), the subject and request of which is to obtain a. Court
<br /> Order entitling Plaintiff to foreclosure Tax Certificate No. 20070267 issued by the Hall County Treasurer on March 9,
<br /> 2007 (the "Tax Certificate") which encumbers the real property legally described as follows:
<br />Lot 16, in Mehring and Giesenhagen Second Subdivision, excepting therefrom a tract of land more
<br />particularly described in deed recorded irr Book 156, Page 400, Hall County, Nebraska, and commonly
<br />known as 1813 Holland Drive, Grand Island, Nebraska 6$803.
<br />(the "Real Estate).
<br />In the foreclosure Complaint, Plaintiff seeks to foreclose Plaintiffs interest, and to have the same declared a
<br />first lien upon the interest of Defendants in the Real Estate; to have the Real Estate sold to satisfy the amounts so
<br />found due, together with the reasonable casts incurred by Plaintiff in extracting and obtaining other title information
<br />regarding the Real Estate; the cost of filing this Notice of Lis Pendens, the filing of the foreclosure Complaint, costs
<br />of serving the foreclosure Complaint on the Defendants, and attorney fees in an amount equal to 10% of al] amounts
<br />due before taxes, special assessments, interest and costs; and to foreclose Defendants of all right, title, interest, lien,
<br />claimed demand and equity of redemption whatever in and to the Real Estate, together with such other and further
<br />relief as the Court may deem just and equitable.
