<br /> SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND DEED OF RECONVEYANCE ~~

<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, v
<br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by DAMON E UBERMILLER AND JODI L OBERMILLER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trust.or, in
<br />which EQUITABLE BANK FKA EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney; as Trustee,
<br />dated MAY 29, 2003, and recorded MAY 29, 2003, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />HALL County, Nebraska as Igstrument No. 200306814 regarding the real estate
<br />described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />eXeCUted by DAMON E OBERMILLER AND JODI L OBERMILLER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, aS trUStor, t0
<br />Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK FKA
<br />EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND as Beneficiary, dated May 29,
<br />2003, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Document No. 200306814, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
<br />endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the right title and interest and claim. acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed
<br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
