Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, <br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed <br />by KIRBY K :SMITH, AN UNMARRIED PERSON, as Trustor, in which EQUITABLE BANK, <br />FKA THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />NEBRASKA, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. <br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated JULY 31, 1998s and recorded AUGUST 4, x998, <br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 9s- <br />1o75s1 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by KIRBY K SMITH, AN UNMARRIED PERSON, as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, <br />Attarney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA THE EQUITABLE <br />BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, A FEDERAL <br />SAVINGS BANK as Beneficiary, dated JULY 31, 1998, and recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 98-i0~ssx, has been <br />paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be <br />executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />3.
