Page III and Amanda G. Page, husband and wife, as Trustors, and <br /> Pathway Bank, Beneficiary, wherein Pathway Bank was named Trustee. This Deed of <br /> Trust was recorded May 23, 2008 in the Records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br /> Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200804513. <br /> <br /> Pamela D. Andersen, Member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, has been appointed <br /> Successor Trustee, pursuant to an Appointment of Successor Trustee filed for record with <br /> the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 0201004518. <br /> Hereinafter, the Successor Trustee, Pamela D. Andersen, Attorney at Law, will be referred <br /> to as GRANTOR. <br /> <br /> The GRANTOR in consideration of sixty nine thousand and no/100 dollars ($69,000.00) <br /> and other valuable consideration received from Pathway Bank, hereinafter GRANTEE, <br /> does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto GRANTEE the following <br /> described real property in Hall County, Nebraska: <br /> Lots Five (5), Six (6) and Seven (7), Block Three (3), Second Addition to Cairo, Hall <br /> County, Nebraska which currently has the address of 114 South Said Street, Cairo, <br /> Nebraska 68824. <br /> <br /> To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, <br /> hereditatments and appurtenances hereto belonging unto the GRANTEE, and to the <br /> GRANTEE'S successors and assigns forever. <br /> <br /> GRANTOR does hereby covenant with the GRANTEE and with the GRANTEE'S <br /> successors and assigns: <br /> <br /> 1. That a Notice of Default was recorded by GRANTOR on June 30, 2010, as Instrument <br /> Number 0201004519, in the records of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />
