Semm as Grantee(s), real <br />property in Wall County, Nebraska, described as follows: <br />LOT NINE (9), BLOCK SEVENTY-SEVEN (77), WHEELER AND BENNETTS THIRD ADDITION TO <br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />THIS DEED I5 NOT TO BE IN EFFECT UNTIL: September 2Z, Z010 <br />Together with all hereditaments and appurtenances belonging thereto.
