<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, ~
<br />under the Deeds of Trust dated July 13, 2010, and executed by Douglas D. Axford, a married ~
<br />man and Diane Axford, his wife, Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary,
<br />and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded July 20, 2010, as Instrument
<br />#201005033, in the Hall County Register of Deed's Office, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />See attached Exhibit "A"
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deeds of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 22~d day of September, 2010.
