Dubas, in equal shares, as tenants <br />in common, GRANTEE, the following described real estate (as defined <br />in Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76-201): <br />Lot Eight (8), in Block Eight (8), in Parkhill <br />Second Subdivision, An Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and; <br />The South Fifty (50) feet of Lot Eight (8) and <br />the North Thirty ( 30 ) feet of Lot Seven ( 7) , <br />Block Six (6), Bel Air Addition of the city of <br />Grand I°.land, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />subject to easements and restrictions of record. <br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEE is the person <br />entitled to distribution of the real estate from said estate. <br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR has legal power and <br />lawful authority to convey and release the same. <br />The personal representative has not taken possession of <br />this real estate and this deed is made simply for transferring and <br />releasing the personal representative's statutory right in and to <br />such real estate. <br />Dated this ~ day of ,~', 2010. <br />ESTATE OF.a FLORENCE A.
